Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Local Pickup: Available by appointment in Dublin, CA

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
Local pickup is always free.

Local Pickup
Pickup is by appointment only. After placing your order and your product is ready we will contact you to schedule a pickup time. The pickup address will be provided when you schedule your appointment.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
